At Edgar's Grille, we offer New American cuisine with a Southern flair. Elegant dining in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Outdoor dining is available year-round in our spacious courtyard. We proudly feature locally sourced ingredients.

We not only serve delicious food, we serve the community.

Edgar’s Grille is unlike any other restaurant in the Augusta area because a portion of every dollar you spend goes toward education programs, including support for Helms College. In addition, Helms College culinary students receive experiential learning opportunities through service at Edgar's Grille.

    The Snelling Conference Center is located adjacent to Edgar’s Grille for parties and events serving just a few to a few hundred. A small chapel is available for intimate weddings.

    Celebrate New Years Eve at Edgar's Grille for our Four Course dinner! Sip a glass of complimentary champagne (ID required) while looking over our delicious menu. First course choices are lobster bisque or caprese salad. Second course offers choices of grilled shrimp or duck rillette. For your third course, choose between pan-seared sea bass or grilled filet. Finally, for your fourth course, enjoy New York style cheesecake from Edgar's Bakehouse!

    The food and drinks were amazing! We had great secluded seats by the bar and our server did an exceptional job in providing proper service for me and my girlfriend. As well helping make her birthday even more special to her. So we’ll definitely be back!!

    Food was great. My salad with steak added was perfect, and large! Waitress Amanda and bar staff super. Drinks were fantastic. “Hands up” was delicious. I’d be back for that alone. When we arrived for our 7:15 reservation we were told it would be 35 min. When asked what the point of a reservation was I was met with “I don’t know I just work here”. I understand if things get backed up or if tables squat a little causing a delay, but that was not the response I was expecting.

    From the second we hit the restaurant we were met with exceptional service! The hostess greeted us and noted it was our anniversary, letting us know our table was all ready for us. Our server was extremely knowledgeable, gave great recommendations, and consistently checked on us. The food itself was phenomenal- highly recommend the crab stuffed catfish! Overall it was a dinner to remember!

    I have ate at Edgars a couple times before, and it was great. This time I decided to have our company Christmas dinner there. It was a good choice , several coworkers said they will be going back . Food and service was exceptional , clean environment.

    I had a reservation for a booth or table near a widow. Neither were honored and the hostess was very nonchalant and took an oh well attitude about the error. Very port service delivery on her part. Very disappointing as a friend and I were celebrating her birthday.

    I enjoyed a beautiful evening with friends tonight. The shrimp and crab cake appetizers were amazing!! I've had the NY Strip several times here and it's always been a 10/10; however on tonight something was off with my steak. I had to ask for salt and that's a first. No worries though... I brought the other half home and cooked it more in garlic butter on top of the stove. Everything else was great. Our waitress was absolutely amazing! Of course I will be back soon!!

    I usually really like Edgar's, but today it was a bit off. We had a 12:30 reservation and ordered around 12:35 - just a sandwich and a pizza, but it took 30 minutes to get our food which was unusual since it was lunchtime and they were not crowded. Then, the pizza which was supposed to have tomatos and basil as the main topic had no basic because they were out. The pizza was crispy and delicious, but I would have probably chosen one of the other options if I had known there was no basil. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive, and the food when it did arrive was good, but just not our best overall visit.

    Went to the brunch buffet. I tipped my server 20%. when I got my bank statement they adjusted their tip and added $50. I had to dispute it with my bank.
