Posa is certainly a diamond in the rough. It is tucked away behind a strip mall and looks so pretty as you come upon the entrance. Inside it is warm and inviting. We went on a Monday evening, and never expected it to be busy, but it was. As more and more people came in, the noisier it became. Thankfully, the host was gracious and methodical is seating customers, so we never had anyone right on top of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. They make their own pasta every morning, so it is obvious a lot of effort goes into each plated dish. The wine list is amazing, with bottles from many different regions ranging from $50 to $1700. The service left a bit to be desired - I believe they were understaffed, perhaps not planning for many customers. Our waiter, although nice as can be, was a little confused about our order and we had to wait quite a while for our drink order to be taken. All that said, we will definitely go back and recommend to others because the food was THAT good. And I am confident their service will improve.

From our greeting when we entered to the last bite, everything was exceptional! We enjoyed the appetizer special that was chilled lobster with shrimp, avocado, shaved radishes and orange slices in a lemon vinaigrette on a bed of radicchio . The contrast of flavors and textures were impeccable. We both enjoyed the spaghetti carbonara with fresh black truffles. The nutty aroma of the truffles with the silky texture of the carbonara was intoxicating. I wish these are experiences that stay on the regular menu.

This was an amazing experience and I'm so thrilled we picked this place. I brought date there for a pre-valentine's dinner and we really couldn't have chosen better. The food was perfect, and the staff in particular were terrific They come to the table and actually make some dishes in front of you in an elaborate display that's fun to watch. I definitely recommend the tiramisu. :-)

We were a party of eight with reservations and we showed up early. We were seated immediately. Wait staff was very attentive. Drink selection was outstanding and the drinks were delicious. Made very well. The selection of entrées was great including the children’s menu. Everyone in our party was able to get something they enjoyed very much. The table side guacamole was delicious and included freshly made chips that were still warm. First time coming here upon recommendation from my daughter and we will definitely return next time. We are in the area.
