The Woollen Mills has been one of the most iconic buildings and businesses in Dublin for over one hundred years, and to have taken over this site is a serious privilege. Much like our award-winning sister restaurant next door, The Winding Stair, we feel like we are custodians of something very special... a piece of history (James Joyce worked here, how unbelievable is that?!) and we must do it proud! Spanning over four floors and with a glorious roof terrace overlooking the River Liffey. The Woollen Mills is quintessentially Irish, local and of its locale. We want it to be an 'Eating House', a house of food, a place to grab a coffee and bun, a plate of Irish fish and chips, a place to score a casual bite befre the nearby theatres and cinemas or sit with seven courses of Irish antipasti, burrata, crab, lamb or cauliflower steak, overlooking the Ha'penny Bridge with a fine bottle of red or a craft beer. Excelente lugar y en Dublín para probar sus famosos Boxties. El lugar tiene muy buen ambiente y está siempre lleno. La comida tradicional está rica, pero los precios quizás son algo elevados (como en toda la zona central de Dublín) El personal es tan amable, que en ocasiones "agobia" un poco. No obstante, recomiendo probarlo.

El restaurante está en el primer piso. En la planta baja tienen tienda y en la inferior un wine celler. La decoración y el mobiliario es estupendo. El personal y la comida, también estupendo. El nivel de ruido es alto.
