El restaurante Columbia ha pertenecido y ha sido operado por la misma familia durante más de 110 años, y ha adquirido fama por su encanto estilo Viejo Mundo y su galardonada cocina española/cubana. El restaurante propone recetas de familia centenarias tales como la paella "a la Valenciana", el Filet Mignon "Columbia", y especialidades de mariscos frescos.
