At Austin's, we've been cooking the old fashioned way since 1994. We start with the freshest ingredients we can find, delivered to our kitchen each day of the week. We make everything on our menu from scratch, every day. We grill over hardwood, not gas, the way that it was a long time ago. It may not be the fastest or least expensive way to do business, but for us, it is the only way. We want each meal you enjoy with us to be a memorable and delicious one; so we work hard preparing each dish to order, smoking ribs and brisket, filleting fresh fish, hand cutting steaks, preparing homemade soups daily and baking our fresh breads and desserts. Ofrecemos cocina tradicional en Austin desde 1994. Para ello, empleamos los ingredientes más frescos que recibimos a diario en nuestra cocina. Todas las especialidades se elaboran a diario en el local. Para la cocción empleamos leña, no gas, al estilo tradicional. Puede que no sea la manera más rápida o la más económica de hacer negocios, pero para nosotros, es la única forma que existe. Queremos que cada comida sea memorable y deliciosa. Para ello, trabajamos mucho en la elaboración de las costillas y de la pechuga ahumadas, en filetear el pescado fresco, en cortar a mano la carne, preparando sopas caseras a diario y horneando el pan y los postres. Una diferencia que se puede saborear y por la que esperamos que vuelva. En Austin todo lo que hacemos es porque nuestros comensales lo merecen.     Randomly found this restaurant while looking at a list of restaurants and sounded wonderful from the reviews. My wife and I went there on our Valentine’s Day date and it was absolutely marvelous! The service was top notch and the food was delicious. Definitely gained two new customers and definitely will be coming back!

    I arrived wit reservations..only waited 5 mins and was seated ..service was amazing food came out in timely manner...and tasty..prices was a little pricey..but over all I will be back

    We enjoyed our meal!! It was delicious and the right portion for us both. The service provided by Herodeious is excellent. I watched him as he served our section. Each table he gave excellent service. He was consistent. I applaud that.

    The food was excellent. From the appetizer, to the entree, to the dessert. Their cheesecake was the best that I had in a long time. If the restaurant had more ambience, it would be the top of my list for places to eat. But this will not stop us from coming back again.
