Since the middle ages the elegant porticos of Bologna, Italy have a meeting place for the public as well as a place for business. Koshō Restaurant at The Barlow is a modern Japanese and sushi restaurant in Sebastopol with a progressive focus on food, local ingredients, and sustainability. Absolutely fantastic experience! It’s always a crap shoot going out for a major holiday but I wouldn’t change a thing! The food was incredible and the staff really worked their tails off to make everyone’s thanksgiving a nice one.

The miso soup was excellent. Ordered the seaweed salad and it was unlike any I’ve ever had and was delicious. My friends chicken dish was also very yummy. Sushi was good, too.
