Michelin-recommended since 2022.We first imagined Aloette to be the perfect diner that we’d want to dine in – a menu with a great cheeseburger paired with a fantastic and fun wine list, a long row of bar stools facing the bar and the kitchen, and an energetic atmosphere accented with an old school hip hop playlist. The buzz of the dining room mirrors the energy of the street on Spadina Avenue; the dining room itself mimics a train’s dining car. It’s a bistro-meets-diner-meets-internationally-inspired menu which is also representative of the diverse culture in Toronto. Our service team is upbeat and genuine but also deeply knowledgeable about the menu and offerings. Brunch at Aloette was something we said we’d never do. But the city kept asking and we’re glad to be a new staple in the Queen West neighbourhood for mimosas, chicken and waffles, and piping hot coffees. Everything was amazing, each dish held its own in incredible taste. It would be impossible to pick a favourite, the entire meal was top notch. You can see the passion behind each dish.. Cocktails were creative and the ambience was buzzing. Cant wait to go back.

Service was excellent. Cocktails were super delicious. Ambiance was cozy. However the yurt which offers the full experience was tiny, so we were outside on a couch. There is a fire-pit and its nice but you are outside in the cold… which is just fine, I just wish we would have known that from the reservation.

This is still the best spot in Liberty Village. Great food, ambience, and the nicest staff in Toronto. Truly, the people there are great and it keeps us coming back. Trivia on Tuesdays too! So much fun.
