Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. Booked here for Sunday lunch. This is a nice traditional type of pub. We were sat at a table which was just big enough for the four of us. Food was ordered at the bar and then served to you at the table. Food was plentiful and good. Service was friendly. Would I go again - yes if I was nearby but wouldn’t make a special journey to go.
