We will never forget how welcome and warm this dining environment was from its staff to its overall ambience. Special thanks to Sam, the best sommelier we have ever experienced and made us ever so thankful we did the wine pairing option. And thanks to Leigh, our waiter, who was just a delight and very helpful at every turn. Ben and his team have created a culinary experience that will knock your Aussie socks off and make you look at Native Australian cuisine in a whole new light. I celebrated an early Christmas dinner with my husband to cap off a challenging year. Our waiters and waitresses were uniformly friendly, well-informed and well-trained. It remains a consistent delight to have celebration meals at Donovan's. Well done for maintaining such excellent standards.
