We come back to JB Dawsons everytime we come to Yardley to visit my parents and they never disappoint. The team spirit (any waiter can help you, doesn’t just have to be the one assigned to your table) makes the service experience top touch compared to other restaurants. We see the same servers, hostesses, and managers again and again which is a testament to the culture and or compensation that staff receive. You can tell they’re not miserable while they’re at work, which makes us want to come back every time. Highly recommend Jb’s over any chain restaurant. Be sure to make a reservation on weekends, tables do fill up quickly!

The food was excellent! I can’t remember the last time I had octopus so delicious and tender. We wouldn’t let them take the plate away because we kept using our breads to dip up all the wonderful garlic wine sauce if I weren’t in a restaurant I would pick that plate up and licked it clean! 10/10 highly recommend!

For special occasions, or just when you want to treat yourself to some luxury, the Capital Grille - Newtown is an excellent choice. The food, service and ambience all make a diner feel special. Every course we had was superb and the staff was super attentive. Dining here requires a bit of an investment but it is worth it. We will definitely return in the future.

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful! I also had my 2.5 year old daughter and everyone was very accommodating with her, asking if we needed anything. Coming and clearing our extra plates.
