Dear Valued Customers , The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations. The payments will be paid after your meal, and we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take reservations via OpenTable.     An evening out with 7 girlfriends to celebrate some birthdays. We were greeted by the friendly staff when we arrived and taken to our seats. From that point the service was excellent, staff knew the menu and were able to recommend meals and we weren’t let down food was amazing, and cocktail delicious.  Definitely recommend but if you’re looking for a quiet dinner I would go a little bit later. We went at 6:30 and there were quite a few families there so it was a little noisey but we still had a great night.

    We ordered the Kangaroo Skewers, Yellowfin Tuna and a Tomahawk steak, along with broccolini and pumpkin as sides to share. Every dish was excellent. It exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend visiting for an incredible meal. We plan on going again.

    Sashimi is very fresh. We had the Private Dining Set C and the food was presented well and delicious.

    The food was decent and the ambience was nice. Service was however under par, there was no one at the front when we were looking to order and basically waited 5 minutes but other than that the food came out quick after ordering and taste was good too.
