The Belgian Monk opened in December 2000. The main objective was to create something different yet to fit in with the way drinking and dining is changing. A gorgeous meal served by friendly and efficient staff. We had no idea about this place in advance but very quickly our fears were allayed. We are looking forward to returning soon!

Another wonderful afternoon tea experience at The Assembly House. Great service, wonderful food and a great start to our Christmas celebrations. Thank you so much to all the staff who continue to deliver a wonderful experience in the most amazing building.

Our 2nd time dining at the Fur and Feathers. Absolutely brilliant food, can not fault anything at all. Dessert (sticky toffee pudding)was the best I've ever had. Definitely worth a trip.

Food was lovely. Shame they had run out of steak by 8pm. Staff were great and place was lovely. Tables were quite close in places but would go back.

Nice village pub, staff helpful and very pleasant and a good atmosphere. We had an enjoyable meal which turned out to be quite good value. Would recommend!
