Our sourdough pizzas uphold the tradition of Neapolitan Pizza. Our bases are naturally leavened using Caputo flour, imported from Italy, and allowed to prove for 24-48 hours. We use D.O.P. Last night I went to Nikkita´s Manly to celebrate my birthday with friends, and I couldn't be happier with the food, drinks and amazing service from the owner herself. Thank you for making my day even more special.

The staff looked after us very well. They helped us with a table wherenwe could sit with our dog. The food was great! We had some issues with Uber Per and one of the staff members (I think it was Joel) came to ask us if everything was okay. I think he would have taken us home if we did not stay more than 30min away.

Our first time there and it blew us away! The cocktails are super creative and delicious, the food is outstanding, and the tiramisu OMG! Mackenzie was super lovely and attentive. Braci did not disappoint!

We had a great experience here. The service was amazing and the staff member looking after us was attentive. We enjoyed the food too. Highly recommend for anyone to do the Bottomless Lunch.
