Join us in our newest addition at Pittwater - Glasshouse Grill. Our bespoke kitchen has 2 natural coal grills. The signature cast iron grill and the Josper grill, which was imported from Spain where Josper has mastered the art of cooking with coal and wood. We exclusively use Ebony Black Angus across our menu which is produced from carefully selected prime quality Black Angus cattle. Along with our decadent menu of fine selections, we also have a range of starters that are perfect to share, fresh pastas, pizzas and a range of classic meals. Our sourdough pizzas uphold the tradition of Neapolitan Pizza. Our bases are naturally leavened using Caputo flour, imported from Italy, and allowed to prove for 24-48 hours. We use D.O.P. The staff looked after us very well. They helped us with a table wherenwe could sit with our dog. The food was great! We had some issues with Uber Per and one of the staff members (I think it was Joel) came to ask us if everything was okay. I think he would have taken us home if we did not stay more than 30min away.

We had our seating available on our desired time with our menus ready to browse what we would like to order .After placing our orders at the counter it was very prompt getting our starters & mains arrived just as we would have liked making timing perfect.

The pizza and meatballs were lovely as usual but must congratulate the waitress for her exceptional service last Saturday night. We were up front and she went about her duties efficiently and with a smile on her face. Very busy with people just turning up and having that to deal with as well. She is definitely a keeper.
