La Osteria di Russo & Russo es propiedad del padre e hijo Pino y Marc Russo, apoyados en la cocina y el salón por un dedicado equipo de "italianos honoríficos", muchos de los cuales trabajaron juntos anteriormente en el Bridge Room del distrito financiero de Sídney. I recently had the pleasure of dining and enjoying cocktails at Above 8, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Every dish we tried was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with taste. The rooftop setting is chic and inviting, with comfortable seating and an atmosphere that effortlessly blends elegance and relaxation. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and polite. We had the Tutto Bene with the addition of half a dozen oysters. Everything was magnificent. The service was warm and friendly, and because we go there twice a year, the owner and his son have been able to recognise us and we are welcomed. The food is imaginative and very tasty, and the wine selection is great, with something for every taste and budget.
