Wherever possible we rely on ingredients that are sustainably & locally sourced. Tuesday through Friday the bar opens at 4pm and the kitchen opens at 5pm and closes at 10pm. This was my fourth time at Sushi by Bou, and honestly the best time so far. The omakase offerings are changed slightly each time, and the selections and execution were excellent. Plus, they have a new bartender who made an excellent pineapple jalapeno margarita.

We dined for the first time before the show. Our server Katie greeted us promptly and took our drink order, she was very attentive and answered our questions. We both enjoyed our meals and it was a great experience, I will definitely be back.
