In the Middle Eastern culture, meza (Lebanese term for appetizer) consists of a vast array of small sized, hot and cold dishes, great for sampling and sharing. At Carousel, our menu offers a selection of kebabs to seafood to an array of vegetarian items. We offer more than 60 meza items, ranging from familiar dishes, such as hummus, falafel and tabouleh to more traditional delicacies. Everything that we serve comes from original family recipes passed down through generations. With the supervision of our Chef de Cuisine and co-owner, Mrs. Rose Tcholakian, each dish that is served is sure to bestow the quality and freshness Carousel is well known for.     The food was quite tasty. We asked to sit upstairs which was very nice, but then a large party with young children in sports uniforms sat at a long table next to us and it became very noisy. Not sure if their blue cheese dressing is different than most, but I asked for it on the side and it looked like a Ranch dressing. I asked if I could exchange it for Blue cheese, but what they brought looked and tasted more like Ranch than Blue cheese. So not sure if their Blue cheese dressing is more like a Ranch dressing... But my hard chicken taco and beef tamale was delicious!

    The performers were outstanding singers and the belly dancer. The entertainment is family oriented and welcomes all ages. Jake was our server, he was friendly and educated us about food and customs. The dinner comes with several appetizers, salads, cold and hot. Plus the main dish, drinks and hot tea or coffee is included for a specific rate per person. The diner rate is reasonable and plenty of food. Come ready to have a feast with family and friends. Recommend to make dinner reservations on the weekend. Will definitely recommend and will back again.
