Bienvenue. Les Bubbles is a Parisian steakhouse on the corner of Wickham and Little Street in Fortitude Valley, forged in the very same building that housed the notorious illegal casino, bath-house and brothel at the centre of the Fitzgerald Inquiry. While the card decks and kerb servers are all but gone, the building’s colourful history remains pinned to every wall. Steak frites – known by many as the national dish of France – is the centrepiece of our menu. We sear the steak to your liking, before serving it with bread, salad, plenty of sauce and bottomless frites. Such a unique and refined experience - like no degustation we have done before. Every course was so delicious, highly recommend. We had two 9 course menus and one 9 course vegan which was also incredible!!

We followed this chef from a restaurant in Samford. We were devastated when he left there as it was never the same. Needless to say when we found out he was here at Italia Lane we eagerly awaited our booking and he did not disappoint! We had an evening booking and the atmosphere was delightful, the aesthetic very pleasing. Adam was super welcoming treating us like long lost friends. The wait staff were all wonderful, polite and full of smiles. Chef Rinno was superb as always. With our party size we had the Leave it to Chef menu and everything delivered to us was a gastronomical delight and there was plenty of it! If you order a pizza, don't leave the crusts they taste great, a flavour of their own!
