Welcome to The Bull Inn, a traditional, long-standing public house on the road between Wokingham and Arborfield.The pub dates back to at least 1728, before which it was a brew-house for Sparks Farm.It has been a Grade II listed building for more than 40 years. No reply when I tried to book a table via telephone. The sandwiches were fridge cold, a few degrees warmer would have made them more pleasant, although they were very fresh. The cakes were delicious. The tea was lovely and hot. The waitress was very pleasant and efficient.

I have 2 or 3 Sunday Lunches at the Rose and Crown every month. They are consistently excellent and really good value. I also love the ambience in the Rose and Crown .... there's always pleasant and friendly people in there.

Excellent Service and excellent food. Will definitely be returning and very happy to recommend to family and friends. I booked a table here to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my husband and we were presented with a surprise dessert which was a lovely surprise. Such a wonderful jester.
