Eden’s ever-evolving brunch, lunch, dinner and beverage menus focus on the use of high-quality and seasonal ingredients, with an approach based on simplifying the process that goes into crafting each dish. Joe was professionally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York.
