Prosciutto Bros. is a warehouse factory converted into a Craft Bar, a big red brick building in the industrial area of Eltham, frequented by locals who love an icy craft beer, with 20 Craft Beer taps and a great wine list to match. Prosciutto Bros menu is designed for sharing, very home-style Italian, featuring imported smoked, salted, preserved and cooked meats and cheeses showcased on display in our deli window, served as antipasti platters, charcuterie and cheese boards. It was a very busy night, the first 30+ night for months and it was clear no one in eltham wanted to cook and they wanted to eat out. We had big table of 12, the restaurant was packed and we didn’t need to wait for service or our food. We were constantly checked on. My mum had a wonderful birthday with her kids and grandkids. Thank you!

The food selection was plentiful and mostly delicious. My schnitzel was lukewarm but still tasty with the sides. The beer battered fish looked amazing and was a very generous serve. Staff were lovely and attentive. Overall a very lovely afternoon at a nice table and good value for money.

We went for a late brunch and were impressed with the range of food available. Service was first class, friendly and pleasant. Good coffee and nice wines.
