Our menu harks back to pre-Covid times, when food was made from scratch, using fresh ingredients, and cooked by qualified chefs. Head Chef Simon Burgess specializes in pizza, pasta, and risotto, but is pretty excited about most culinary areas! The Old Post Office is a friendly venue offering delicious food, great drinks and unforgettable experiences.Due to current safe distancing guidelines, we are unable to allow dogs to be on the premises for the time being.     Great food, drinks and live music. Nice and friendly staff who are very helpful. Easy online booking with a text reminder closer to the time (I booked 2-3 weeks in advance so it was handy). I also love that you can get points every time you go and you can redeem those points at any point for rewards. I already have enough points for £10 off my bill or a FREE Full English Breakfast, so I think I will redeem one of the two at my next visit.

    We had amazing food and service, it was just the people. Behind us were extremely vocal and not necessarily considerate of our children. However, the food was great, service great, thanks you for having us! (Just bar the Bestwood guy next time) 🥳 Thank again guys x

    Second time at Alora and we tried the Sunday roast. Was the best roast we have ever had. Great value for money and good quantity. Lovely service and made to feel very special (on my birthday). Will definitely be visiting again soon

    We came from Northamptonshire, Withernsea Nottingham and Hull to celebrate 2 Big birthdays. We were not dissapoointed. Food was great pub was clean and staff could not do enough for us
