Just opened 14 Feb 2022!Walking into Emilia’s Wood Wharf will be like entering a bustling trattoria in Italy’s Emilia Romagna region with an ambience created by natural terracotta-plastered walls bathed in natural light, rustic Iroko furniture, creamy crema marfil marble counters and hand-painted Italian tiles. Chefs making fresh pasta greet diners at the window in a special dedicated custom-made area visible from all sides. This was our first visit to Salut! and we had the best evening. The restaurant is small in size, but perfectly laid out. Because of its size the Kitchen is on show, which in our eyes was a bonus. It is quite something to be able to see the food being prepared as you really feel like you are part of something special. This is an intimate and extremely friendly place and the food outstanding - we will definitely be back!

One of our favourite dinners in London. We had such a great time dining up at the bar, the chefs and waiters are super friendly and really made our night on top of the fantastic food.
