It was our first time dining at Popi Tino and it won’t be the last. The whole experience was great, from the wait staff, drinks and most importantly the food was amazing. I highly recommend.

The rooftop setting is chic and inviting, with comfortable seating and an atmosphere that effortlessly blends elegance and relaxation. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and polite. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a night out with friends, Above 8 delivers on every level. I can’t wait to return!

very impressed with the main and dessert selection offered. Excellent quality and taste, especially the beef tenderloin and the Black Forest roulade. However the Australian Prawn cocktail entree was a little disappointing, aand peeling the prawns was a bit tricky.

I’ve had the pleasure of dining at the Royal Cricketers Arms numerous times, and the YFD (Your Funeral Director) Christmas Gathering was no exception to its charm. The historic venue always provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the festive touches added an extra special vibe to the event. However, during the Christmas season, it would be great to see table service offered, especially for group gatherings, as it enhances the experience and makes it feel more seamless. Additionally, expanding the menu to include more vegetarian and pescatarian options would be a thoughtful touch, accommodating a wider range of dietary preferences. On a brighter note, the fantastic news that cash payments are once again accepted was much appreciated! Overall, a lovely gathering, and I look forward to seeing the venue continue to grow and improve its offerings in the future. 🎄✨

Whilst our food was great as always, our dinner was tainted by noisy children that weren’t kept quiet by their parents to the point that we couldn’t hear ourselves think. Staff were totally oblivious to this until my wife told the staff to rein it in. She shouldn’t have had to do that as it should’ve been controlled earlier by the parents. Staff were slow to clear to the table. Also there shouldn’t be a paper sheet served under the Calzone as whilst slicing the calzone I was also slicing the paper which is ok if you’re a Koala, not so much if you’re a paying customer. Why not serve it on an oval porcelain plate instead of a wooden plater. All in all, a disappointing experience this time.
