Best high end Restraunt inSaskatoon! Went for a reunion dinner with old friends . Best ribs in the world. Try the pickerel it was amazing! Service is first class.

Great food served by exceptional staff. They were attentive but not in any way overbearing. Table spacing gives a sense of privacy. Carver's is one of Saskatoon's finest dining experiences.

A truly lovely evening. Chef Brian and the staff at Grouse took such great care of us. From our coats being checked to our prompt payment being taken, each step of our evening was thoughtful and effortless. Service was unobtrusive but precise with plates and cutlery being switched and wine and cocktails constantly flowing. The scallop dish was my star of the evening with a beautiful balance of rich flavours. It is so wonderful to see the menu change by season. I highly recommend placing your trust in this staff to deliver a spectacular dinner.
