Para entrar al salón hay que subir un angosto tramo de escaleras desde la calle de ladrillos rojos. La sala es amplia y abierta y a la vez está llena de recovecos. A un lado está revestida por una pared de ventanas, y al otro tiene una magnífica barra de zinc acanalado. Esto hace de contrapunto a la belleza íntima de proporciones perfectas de su pequeño establecimiento asociado de la planta baja. El French Saloon se inspira en la decadencia y la familiaridad de los bares y bistros de París, abarcando de finales del siglo XIX a principios del siglo XX, y encuentra afinidad en el disfrute de una compañía estridente y una sensación de travesura.     I absolutely loved the ambience! Subtly posh and quietly romantic. The jazz band serenading us from the bar downstairs was a fine touch. Our waiter was extremely personable and made us feel very welcome. The food was absolutely fantastic for the price point and I was very pleasantly surprised by the chef's choice of ingredient combinations. My girlfriend and I order the Chef's 9-course dinner and every single plate was well thought-out and meticulously crafted. My favourite was the beef claypot rice; the beef was fall-apart succulent and flavourful. 10/10 would recommend for a nice date night or special event - you will not be disappointed!

    Delicious food cannot fault! Oysters were fresh, the anchovies and lobster rolls are delicious. Kingfish crudo was the best I’ve had. All steaks and chips delicious and beautiful sauces, Merci!

    We had a fabulous night celebrating my daughters uni graduation. Staff were so accommodating and we were able to relax and enjoy afternoon drinks outside before having dining inside. Food was excellent and wine list fantastic. Faultless experience. Can’t wait to come back!

    Kafenion was the perfect choice for my PhD Graduation dinner. The staff were all very obliging, energetic and attentive to all our requests. Food was delicious with very generous servings. The candlelight ambiance and background music made for a relaxed mood. We all had a fabulous time and will be visiting again.
