Welcome to the Butchers Arms.Our 16th century Public House is situated on Lime Street in the parish of Eldersfield near Gloucester.The Butchers Arms is first and foremost a rural pub, where the bar is the hub of life, with low ceilings, wooden floors, roaring fires and real ale served straight from the cask. The food is British and we source only the finest ingredients from local suppliers. Exquisite lunch at Landrace as usual! Delicious small plates to share - the cheese fritters are always a must but today really enjoyed the boquerones and Devon crab on toast. The Cantabrian boquerones were so tasty in a luxurious olive oil - perfect on the Landrace bread! Thank you!

It was amazing, people are friendly and warm welcoming. We were served by Shahid and he is a real gentleman. It was our marriage Anniversary and they even celebrated that at last, which was a very nice gesture! Had been in this place before and experiences are always nice!

An excellent meal. Inventive starter - smoked eel with horseradish and beetroot, followed by a very generous and perfectly cooked piece of cod in a saffron sauce with mussels, and panna cotta to finish. The Finger Post Sauvignon Blanc was one of the best we’ve tasted. Friendly and efficient service and a really good atmosphere.

Found by chance not knowing Bristol. A fantastic little restaurant. Great ambiance and service. The food is just wonderful. Planning a return before we leave.
