Great service, gorgeous ambience and delicious food

I went here for date night the customer service was outstanding also the food was incredible overall a great evening experience my only gripe is that customers need to be informed that they have to pay for water when offered which was a surprise maybe offer tap water or be made aware that the water has a price overall a great night.

We had a two-in-one Valentine’s and Birthday celebration dinner with a great and sumptous four course menu made from local produce which we surely enjoyed especially the smoked trout with caviar and eye fillet steak. A special request for a birthday dessert was well accommodated and executed with a birthday song by the friendly staff and enjoined by fellow diners. Lovely food and atmosphere. Must visit at Daylesford!

Renard is my fiancé and my go-to. The service is always impeccable, the staff are warm and welcoming and the cocktails are always unique and delicious. Make sure you try their fried chicken and fries with truffle aioli, you won’t be disappointed
