Back after more than a two year closure following the George IV Bridge in late 2021, Merchants has undergone a full refurbishment. Merchants serves Scottish cuisine in one of the most bustling areas of Edinburgh. We are an Italian family, with two kids, in Edinburgh for Holiday. We ordered some food for sharing (eggplants, hallumi) and salmon as main dish. Everything was excellent, including the service.
