So lucky to have such a wonderful place for a night out. Thursday night Steak Frites continue to be outstanding and clearly appreciated based on a full house last night on a cold January evening. The food is scrumptious, fairly portioned and served by table staff with knowledge and style. Wonderfully accommodating front of house staff get all the tables just right. Gitanes... mmmm.

Incredible hospitality and food — can’t wait to visit again!

We had a lovely evening with excellent food and service. The oysters were fresh, delicious and served with 2 sauces that really elevated the taste. Another stand out dish was the seafood chowder, really delicious. We enjoyed the rest of the meal and I loved the pumpkin cheesecake for dessert. Also noted that our cappuccinos were very good. I would highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to going again.

Such a great experience. Loved sitting on the bar side. We went for 6:30 and while the restaurant side was busier the bar side wasn’t. Our server was Shane and he was fantastic. The food was amazing. I had the cucumber and yogurt appetizer and my husband had the Caesar salad. This was followed by my special which was a truffle and mushroom pasta. So delicious and beautiful presentation. My husband had the whole roasted branzino which was gorgeous. So crispy. He didn’t opt for a side dish. We then had the cheesecake for dessert, beautiful presentation and so yummy. I had a Negroni when we first arrived and my husband had a gin and tonic. Great cocktails even the ice was amazing. The wine we had with dinner was also wonderful although I don’t recall the name. It was such a great experience and we were very happy waddling back to our hotel after dinner. It was expensive but totally worth it.

We (my husband, daughter and I) had a lovely dinner - the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was excellent! There were so many wonderful choices. We shared our choices of appetizers, which were all exceptional- the vegetable samosas were the best I have ever tasted! We all enjoyed our main courses - the ooty woodland mushroom curry, the pepper lamb and the lagoon's shrimp mango curry. Everything was cooked to perfection. The coconut lime whipped custard crumble was a lovely light dessert to follow this wonderful meal - and the cardamon chai was delicious too. We will be returning for sure! Thank you to the chef and to the staff for a wonderful evening!
