A real find, relaxed, friendly, good food and a good atmosphere. they have 3 other sister restaurants in the local area too and i hope they are as good as No. 23

We dropped in on the way home from the Christmas fixture at Northampton Saints, and can say that all the reviews we had read when booking rang 100% true. A wonderful old pub, with a terrific atmosphere. An excellent choice of real ales, wonderful food, and attentive service. We really have no need to look elsewhere when on the way home from Franklin's Gardens going forward having found The Red Lion.

Food was great and drinks amazing, the person that served us incredibly nice and fun, however the person that brought the drinks was a bit off when we asked for the ice to be removed from one drink. Also, I received a pink panther drink that came with a steamy dry ice and when I asked if I should do anything about that as I didn’t know if I should pour that int he drink she turned her back, I assumed she didn’t hear me. In the future is better when you serve this drink to let people know that is just a decoration thing as not everyone knows and accidents may happen. Information is key.

Fabulous food as always. Service is just the right level - attentive without hovering. Party ranged from 11 to 84 & something for everyone on the main menu. Highly recommended.

Lovely meal at The Snooty Fox! This was our first visit for my partner and I, we had 3 courses and we always share everything, each meal was delicious. All food came out in good time. Waiting staff were all polite and friendly. They have a good selection of drinks; beers/ales and wines. Good selection of food. Such a treat going here. This was on Xmas eve, they were busy, but we had a lovely table and didn’t feel the rush. Definitely one of our new favourites and will be returning soon!
