An intimate & informal space, with a DJ booth & bespoke sound-system: Jazu is a Hi-Fi Cocktail bar that offers serious drinks and music. Take a seat at the bar or settle into the dining room, there is also outside seating available.In the kitchen, we run a frequent rotation of pop-ups: previous residents include Eric Wan, who trained at Dinner by Heston, cooked a menu of southern Vietnamese delights; Nicolas Hasina, Sous Chef at Toklas, who brought the flavours of his native Madagascar; Duda Diner, who shared the fresh, fragrant flavours of Malaysian street food; and Wavey Bar brought their menu of refined & hyper-seasonal small plates from their home in Hastings up to Deptford. The residencies continue with Ogoisfooding, who will share the flavours of Nigeria & West Africa for the last week in January, before a month-long residency by Grill Bird, who brings a menu of yakitori and small plates by chef Ben Smith, previously of The Quality Chop House.
