Was good too see all the snow had been cleared from the road and car park. Both of us chose a simple chicken and mustard salad which was delicious with plenty of freshly cooked chicken and Parmesan shavings. Food was excellent and really good value for money. The pork loin was cooked to perfection and the black pudding was some of the best I've ever tasted. The potato rosti has gone into the top 3 potato dishes I've ever eaten - absolutely sublime.
