Beautiful Surroundings which I think puts the price up as the afternoon tea was average and service was slow had to ask a couple of times for tea and coffee and a very hefty service charge for very little service although the staff are very friendly and a service charge is also applied at the bar even though you go to the bar yourself and had quite a wait to be served as it was a Birthday treat for a friend I wanted something a bit special the hotel is beautiful but I’ve had better afternoon teas for a lot less but like I said you pay for the surroundings glad I went but wouldn’t rush back

Was absolutely brilliant! Had afternoon tea for my birthday and everything was divine! Superb place to eat, gorgeous bar and special thanks to Jade, Stephen and the lovely Rosalie for all your kind attention! 10!10 will be back very soon ❤️

Went to celebrate an 80th birthday. All 4 of us enjoyed our meals, which were delicious. Had very attentive service by our server, Chris, who was very pleasant, respectful and gave us excellent customer service: even noticed the 80th birthday card and presented the 'birthday girl' with a Happy Birthday plate of ice cream and csnt floss,made her night. Thank you Chris.

Wow what an amazing night from start to finish staff were amazing so lovely from the greet to the Waitors everyone was so friendly and helpful , a lovely young lady took us on a tour which made the night even better it’s absolutely beautiful inside , the food was delicious and you get alot considering we went for the 3 course special we loved everythink the crem brûlée was the nicest I have ever had . We can,t wait to go back fabulous that’s all we can say .

Amazing night, very accommodating at making a large table available for us. Staff were very attentive, food was fab, chicken Caesar salad was a stand out dish, meatballs were very good as was everything else. Views were incredible too.
