The drinks menu offers a selection of wine, spirits and superbly crafted cocktails from old favourites to signature house specials including mocktails.Kindly note, we have launched a new parking scheme at Salthill Hotel. Food and beverage guests will receive up to two hours of complimentary parking from the time they have entered. After two hours, parking will cost €3 per hour. To validate parking, the guest must produce a receipt from the hotel to the staff.

I had lunch with my daughter and I had the grilled haloumi salad. It was so good. It's difficult to get decent salads, particularly warm salads in galway but this was delicious. My daughter had chicken pieces which were also really good. Service was very quick and staff were lovely.

Lovely meal but there should be baby changing facilities in all restaurants. I asked about an accessible toilet when I had the buggy and I was told there was none.
