Falansai ("fuh-lan-sigh") is a Vietnamese-Mexican restaurant by chef Eric Tran located in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn. Falansai "2.0" was reimagined in November of 2020. As a Vietnamese-Mexican and American from Chi-Town (and now New Yorker), diners can expect the unexpected from Eric's cooking.
