Bramleys is a family owned restaurant based in Oakwood, North London. Our focus is to use the freshest seasonal produce. Our kitchen works with local suppliers in order to minimise wastage as much as possible, while caring for the environment. Our ultimate goal is to extract as much as we can from every single ingredient while creating this unique, flavoursome menu.The food will be paired with an exclusive wine list as well as some amazing cocktails, mocktails, spirits and drinks in general. Carlos@b&v brings the finer side of dining and service to this unique little part of North London, on the Green in Winchmore Hill, a stone's throw from the mainline station of the same name and a short drive from Southgate on the end of the Piccadiily Line. Carlos himself is a restauranteur with flair, having built a reputation in the area over 30 years and so his experience with executing a dynamic and slick establishment brings much to be excited about. Guests will get that familiar 'welcome back' feeling even if they happen to be newcomers. The interiors are comfortably chic but inviting, with a warm ambience and the atmosphere is busy and vibrant. Live music and niche little magic entertainers are a regular occurrence. With an open alfresco feel in the summer, looking out on to the Green itself and a pavement terrace in warmer months too. The menu is Modern European with a specials menu that changes regularly and plenty of choice on the drinks and cocktail menu.
