FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. FARM’s thoughtful culinary concept evokes the local experience of gathering together in a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy great food and drinks. The massive ceiling-to-floor windows offer diners beautiful views of the outside patio while inside, guests are surrounded by colorful artwork created by local artists from the tri-state area.The bar program will offer delightful wines, from some of the oldest vineyards in the country, as well as locally brewed bourbons and ales. Oh what a meal each and everyone of the four us was well feed. We had Caesar Salad, one of us had fish which was perfectly cooked. I had steak, again perfectly prepared as I like! The others had filet mignon that was fabulous. It is my number one close to home spot!

My Bestie and I came here for Friendsgiving and it was the best decision ever. It was our first time at the farm. We both really enjoyed it. The service was great. The food was excellent. The bartender made me the most incredible mocktail!!! Wel will definitely be back!

Had an excellent time and enjoyed Giulio’s! We were party of 10 and many people loved the Dover Sole and Veal chop, will definitely be coming back soon!
