Junto a su hijo Taylor (ahora chef ejecutivo), el esposo posee una educación culinaria y esta familia de tres es apasionada en extremo de la comida de calidad, bebidas y hospitalidad, pues disfrutan completamente atender a sus comensales.The Gafford es llamado así en honor a sus abuelos, quienes les mostraron cómo disfrutar de la vida, divertirse y reír (en especial de ellos mismos).
