The Rabbits is a family friendly gastro pub & restaurant in the heart of the essex countryside. It opened in 2018 and is housed in a 1950's industrial building which used to be home to the largest commercial laundry in North London. We had a lovely stay here, the rooms are beautifully decorated and beds far to comfy The food was amazing, the staff lovely and very welcoming would definitely recommend and come again The hotel certainly is 5 star!!

Excellent Sunday Roast. Good Beer. Very good, polite and excellent staff. Will call again in the near future. If we were local it would be a regular visit. Also easy to park.....

We had an enjoyable lunch at the 'spirits tasting ' event, the starter was particularly good. We were given a voucher as a gift and had not previously dined at Haywards. We enjoyed the fixed lunch menu and the presentation from Adam representing Essex Spirits. However, we would have preferred a wine tasting experience as we rarely drink spirits.
