We’ve eaten at The Angel, Addington for years. It’s always been a great place for food, great beer and choice of wine. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s kept very well, clean and well decorated. Just the best out on the terrace on a sunny day or warm summer evening.

Delicious set menu lunch served by attentive friendly staff. Perfect place to spend a couple of hours on a wet Saturday afternoon!

The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. We will be returning again very soon.

Restaurant was large and very well laid out - you weren't too close to other diners. Tables were a good size as well so plenty of room for all the dishes on the table. Service was excellent - very attentive and polite. Food was very good - there was only one dish that we were a little disappointed with. Ambiance was excellent - felt calm, and relaxed. Decor was aesthetically pleasing. Will definitely visit again - in fact, we have booked it again to for a family 21st birthday celebration.

Service was adequate, waitress did not know what the fish was with the fish and chips, and no offer to find out when asked! The curry was nice, but should have come with rice, poppadom and naan bread. The naans turned out to be tortilla wraps! Service was very slow, especially for drinks Restaurant area is tired and needs refreshing
