The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. I cannot think of anything worse than having to work on Christmas day in a public facing role. So I was overjoyed that our server at Valentino's for our Christmas dinner was outstanding--smiling, polite, and perfectly attentive. The food was very good and the portions were huge. I had to take half of my dinner home and order my dessert to go. The special holiday menu with turkey, ham, and a vegetarian option was especially appreciated as grandma said that having a Christmas dinner at an Italian restaurant "did not sound like Christmas." Thank you to Valentino's staff for making our holiday a little less family drama and a lot more delicious.

Yummy food-a bit messy to eat (only reason i knocked off a star)-but amazing flavor. Drinks were delicious, and the service was great. We enjoyed our dinner.
