I’ve been going to St Germains for years. On Christmas Day my wife and I attended and noticed they seemed to be short staffed. We waited a long time for the food and the noise was louder than I have seen. Still a great night with minor problems

This was the second time we've invited guests from out of town to join us at The Common Stove. Always a fantastic dinner of incredible flavors and plating creativity. My bride and I shared two entree's: The Halibut and the Duck rolled into pasta shells. Everything was divine without exaggeration. Service with Mel was impeccable: friendly, knowledgeable, and with us at just the right times without hovering. Even the sticky toffee pudding to complete the experience was enjoyed by all four of us..... we joked about asking for a straw for the sauce! We'll be back of course because we love it and there is always more to the menu to enjoy!
