One visit to Anthony’s creative Italian cuisine & you will be hooked. As you walk into one of three beautifully redesigned dinning rooms, in a building that dates back to the 1930’s, you will smell the aromas of the freshest ingredients and spices, which are used to create the unique menu. This coupled with the warm earth tones & natural lighting from the oversized windows makes dining here a truly special experience. Outdoor café dinning when weather permits adds to the romantic ambience.As you are escorted to your table you can’t help but notice the beautifully crafted temperature controlled oak wine cabinet which houses up to 200 bottles of wine. Since the restaurant is a BYOB, the owners wanted to provide customers with a place to store their favorite wines so they are readily available each time they visit. Anthony’s also offers the use of any of their dinning rooms for private events.

So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come. The appetizers of little neck clams in a white sauce and the mussels in red sauce were so delicious! Everyone in our party thought their entree was the best, and we had ordered their specials and off of the menu. Staff is super attentive. I would definitely recommend Anthony's for your next adventure.

I visited a week earlier to inquire about the Christmas menu. I was told regular menus. Lunch and dinner. When we got there it was dinner only. This put us in a situation. However, the food was good. The waiter and service were fine. Everyone was attentive. For a Christmas meal, it was difficult seeing 👀 folks working on their holiday. It was, subsequently, a good experience, and we were grateful!

Victoria was our service person; she did very good. We had one Vegan among our party and the Chef went out of his way to create a special dish for her. Customer service at its best. The food at Eddie V is consistently excellent. We had a great Christmas Eve dinner. As always, I should say.
