So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come. Excellent experience all around. This was our first visit. We met another couple and shared appetizers and a pizza. The service was warm and professional.

We were here years ago, so came back to try it again. It's better. Decor was updated and elegant. Service was very good. When we arrived for our Thursday night, 5:30 reservation, only one other table was seated. By the time we left at 7:30, every table was filled. Very good for a Thursday night. Only problem was parking. There is very limited parking in the back because other properties on the block are apartments and park there also. Food was delicious. We were a group of 4, each ordered something different, and everyone enjoyed their meal. Will definitely be back.

Excellent homemade Greek food. Took my Mom today for lunch and we loved every dish. Definitely going back again soon. I don’t typically write restaurant reviews, however, this dining experience exceeded our expectations so I wanted to share. Well done!!
