Les Bubbles is a Parisian steakhouse on the corner of Wickham and Little Street in Fortitude Valley, forged in the very same building that housed the notorious illegal casino, bath-house and brothel at the centre of the Fitzgerald Inquiry. While the card decks and kerb servers are all but gone, the building’s colourful history remains pinned to every wall. Steak frites – known by many as the national dish of France – is the centrepiece of our menu. We sear the steak to your liking, before serving it with bread, salad, plenty of sauce and bottomless frites. Les Bubbles welcomes all, and as such, both vegetarian and pescatarian eaters will feel right at home. For any curious individuals, a change of scenery is available by wandering down a single flight of stairs. This was one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Ranging from the service to the food to the cleanest toilets! The food was exceptional and the service just as good. Try the scallops - you wont regret! The waitstaff from bartenders to waiters were incredible. Congratulations to Simone for creating this restaurant. We will definitely be back next visit 😊

Max and Marilyn made our evening with their exceptional service and attention to detail. Given the open plan, being seated near the kitchen was very loud and detracted from the intimate dinner we were looking for - as it was not really busy, might want to leave those tables for walk ins or when really busy. The steak was exceptional.

It was a very good experience, staff were lovely and kind in assisting myself and my partner to our table. The food was delicious and presented every well. The atmosphere was a little loud but that’s the environment of the restaurant. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic food. I had the scallops for entree and the Moreton Bay Bugs for main course. I couldn’t fault either. The seafood was fresh and the sauce on both was delicate. We ordered a chilled white bottle of sauv. Perfect for the food. The service was friendly and helpful.
