Today's lunch was everything we had hoped it might be. The food was superb and the service was excellent. Attentive and efficient.

We went for Xmas Eve breakfast and it was absolutely perfect. Delicious food, great service and really good coffee. Would recommend.

We ordered from the Christmas lunch menu. Two of us are vegetarian and one is vegan, unusually there were plenty options. For the nut roast you get to choose from the carvery veg and it's all clearly labelled. Veggie gravy, roasties, stuffing and loads of other options were available. Deserts were good too, trillionaires tart is vegan and looked delicious. Overall, one of the best veggie Christmas lunches we've had in the area for a while, £22.50 for 2 courses is good value. First time we've been here in years and will definitely return.

Really great place to dine, great food Chef is good, not just off the shelf pub food. The head waiter is so joyful and efficient and always so jovial. We love their special liquorice ice cream. This place is always good we will be back again for sure.
