Manor Hill Tavern occupies the historic Taylor’s Row in Old Ellicott City.     Our party of 4 all enjoyed our post-holiday lunch. Our request for a specific table was honored. It was already set up when we arrived, giving us a nice view of the fireplace on a v cold day. Food was great, hot, & attractively presented. A Cosmo frm the bar was excellent as were the 2 desserts we ordered. Would return for sure!

    A great restaurant. The food was very delicious. I had a reservation and was called exactly at my reserved time. My wait staff, Alex was very friendly, kind and proficient.     Had some out of town friends in from Sc and was looking for a in the middle place to gather and it was perfect! Great food! Great football specials! Definitely will be back!

    Excellent location for a celebration. Best drinks around - though the beer menu could be expanded! Adequate selection of wines… but that’s all drinks! You go there for the FOOD… and GOOD it is. Not high brow but a use of spices that is tantalizing without tongue-numbing as some places. The best evidence is the subtle smoke flavor of the Baba Ganousch…the BEST! Only fault was we were not forewarned of the 3% surcharge on using credit; had we known we would have brought cash… next time, for sure. ;-)
