Columbia, el restaurante más antiguo de Florida, fue fundado en la histórica zona de Ybor City en 1905. Es un establecimiento de propiedad familiar y lleva en funcionamiento desde hace 111 años. Es conocido por su galardonada gastronomía cubano-española y su carta de vinos, así como por su encanto del viejo mundo. Algunas mejoras muy necesarias que se están realizando en las calles 21st y 22nd de Ybor City han ralentizado el tráfico cerca del restaurante Columbia. Se recomienda a los comensales considerar el tiempo de traslado para así llegar de forma puntual y sin estrés. Ulele (pronunciado yu-ley-li) celebra la vibrante fusión de los ingredientes de las aguas y la tierra de Florida, que alguna vez fueron hogar de comunidades nativas del continente, entre ellos la princesa Ulele.
