This hip and trendy restaurant and lounge is set in a meticulously restored 19th century colonial Sugar-mill with an enormous terrace with an amazing view of Simpson Bay. Award winning Sushi and Steak with Sushi chefs hailing from Nobu, Morimoto, and Makodo. Hot kitchen features aged steaks and fresh fish. Love the view of the marina from this rooftop restaurant. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had the snails and the lobster linguine special for the evening. Portions were large and entrees very delicious. Loved everything. It did take a very long time though to wave someone over to pay our bill and then he forgot about us and we had to ask again. Otherwise highly recommend this restaurant for dining in Marigot.

Amazing customer service! Every dish was delicious and the chef even came out to introduce himself! I’d highly recommend Alize if you are looking for a new trendy hot spot on the island.
